“TWO YEARS OF NO HIP PAIN”

I had hip and low back pain for over ten years. In my work as a carpenter this was a day to day problem and the pain went from bad to worse. Some days were better than others, but there was always some pain. I had been to other chiropractors for years, used Tylenol, Aspirin, and other medications, but still had the pain.

I met Drs. Heidi and Jim while building this office space and my curiosity prompted me to become a patient. I did not immediately improve, but I trusted these guys and stayed with it. It took six to nine months of intensive care, but now most days I am pain free! The hip pain has been gone for two years, with only one or two flareups which were short lived. I now have less anxiety about getting injured, and more faith in my body's ability to heal itself.

This helps me continue living a happy, healthy, and honest life with others who share a positive outlook. I KNOW I WILL CONTINUE CHIROPRACTIC CARE FOREVER!

“I was an avid horseback trail rider for many years and had some falls.”

There were many times when everything hurt and I had constant pain in my low back and right hip. Finally, in 1986 my Dr. said to choose either risk losing the ability to walk or give up horseback riding, I gave up riding. I also was rear-ended by a Golden Gate Transit bus in 1996 which worsened my pain. I made a decision to do something about my condition in 2003, but didn't know exactly what to do.

In May of 2003 I walked in the Marin Human Race at the Civic Center. After the walk I was in such pain that I didn't think I could make it to my car. Dr. Jim had a booth at the race. He helped me and I made an appointment right then and there.

I have had wonderful results with my chiropractic care! I owe it all to Dr. Jim! I started out with four months of intensive therapy and have had weekly maintenance adjustments ever since. I am a walking, moving human person again. THANKS, Dr. “Surfer” Jim!!

“I Was a zombie!”

My youngest daughter, Katy, was not sleeping- waking up as many as five times in a night. My husband and I were exhausted. I saw an ad for Lifeforce Family Chiropractic in the San Rafael Mother's Club newsletter and gave the office a call. They examined Katy and found a subluxation in her upper neck. They explained how subluxations in the upper neck can excite the nervous system and keep kids “revved up." They outlined a plan of care for Katy and made the care very affordable. We Started.

Katy's sleeping drastically improved and we all were able to rest! Although still busy, I don't feel like a zombie anymore. I decided sign up under the Family Plan so my other daughter and I could be adjusted too. My chronic bad shoulder has cleared up! We continue to get regular adjustments to keep our family happy and healthy!

“I like to hike and be active”

Before coming to see Dr. Jim, I had intense low back pain which prevented me from working and driving. I was very worried that it

was going to get worse and prevent my livelihood. I suffered from back pain for 20-30yrs, as well as headaches and occasional right arm numbness. The doctors at Kaiser could not help. Thankfully my wife told me about Lifeforce Family Chiropractic!

I like to hike and be active, because of my health I couldn't hike downhill, now, after 4 months of care from Dr. Jim I no longer have back pain, my headaches are gone, and the right arm no longer gets numb. I can work, hike, and perform everything normally an
